Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the kakiya platform, the user must be at least 18 years of age. As a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation. The name, phone number, and identity document information provided at registration must be real and verifiable. kakiya may request additional documents for identity verification at any time, and the user is obligated to provide them. If an account is opened with false information, all deposited funds in that account may be forfeited.
Account Security & Password
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your password with anyone or granting access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately. kakiya will never ask for your password via email or message; if you receive such a message, treat it as phishing. If suspicious activity is detected on an account, kakiya reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and will notify the user by email.
Betting, Gaming & Fair Use Policy
All betting and gaming services provided on the kakiya platform are for personal entertainment purposes only. Any form of fraudulent activity, software-assisted betting, or system abuse is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are used to obtain bonus or promotional benefits, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds will not be refunded. The algorithms and random number generators used to determine game outcomes are regularly tested and certified by third parties. kakiya considers the outcome of any bet or game to be final and will not be altered unless a technical error is proven. Compliance with responsible gaming guidelines is mandatory for all users.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
To deposit and withdraw funds on kakiya, you must use approved payment methods available in Bangladesh, and all transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposited funds must come only from a payment method owned by the account holder; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Withdrawal requests may take up to 3 to 5 business days to process, and withdrawals will be suspended until identity verification is complete. To comply with anti-money laundering laws, kakiya may request additional information for suspicious transactions and is obligated to notify the relevant authorities when necessary. Specific limits may apply to deposits and withdrawals, and these limits are subject to change at any time in accordance with platform policy.
Account Closure & Restrictions
Users may request to close their account at any time of their own choosing, and any remaining balance will be refunded. kakiya reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior warning in the event of a terms and conditions violation. If fraud, forgery, or unethical activity is proven, all funds in the associated account may be forfeited and legal action may be taken. Users may take a temporary break from their account by using the self-exclusion or responsible gaming limit features. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team, and the user will be notified of confirmation by email.
Limitation of Liability & Right to Modify
Kakiya shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from the use of the kakiya platform, unless such loss is proven to be caused by a direct fault of the platform. kakiya is not responsible for any issues caused by internet disconnection, device problems, or third-party service failures. kakiya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time; users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Bangladeshi law.
